B\u00f6lgenin \u00f6zellikle turistler taraf\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a pop\u00fcler oldu\u011fu ve ciddi para cezalar\u0131 verildi\u011fi bilinirken, g\u00fcvenlik kameralar\u0131yla izlendi\u011fi belirtiilen tabelan\u0131n yan\u0131na &#8220;Rusya&#8217;ya do\u011fru i\u015femeyin&#8221; uyar\u0131s\u0131 konuldu.<\/p>\n<p>Norve\u00e7 s\u0131n\u0131r g\u00f6revlisi Jens-Arne Hoilund, Grense Jakobselv k\u00f6y\u00fc yak\u0131n\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen tabeladan haberdar olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylerken, &#8220;Uyar\u0131 muhtemelen iyi niyetli insanlar taraf\u0131ndan, oradan ge\u00e7enleri sald\u0131rgan davran\u0131\u015flara kar\u015f\u0131 uyarmak i\u00e7in konmu\u015ftur.&#8221; dedi. Hoilund, Rusya taraf\u0131ndan uyar\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131lan davran\u0131\u015fla ilgili hi\u00e7bir \u015fikayet gelmedi\u011fini kaydetti. Hoilund, &#8220;Do\u011fada \u00e7i\u015finizi yapmak rahats\u0131z edici de\u011fil, ama bu tamamen bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131. Yasalar gere\u011fi bu t\u00fcr davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirenlere 290 euro para cezas\u0131 veriliyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hoilund, Rusya taraf\u0131ndan s\u0131n\u0131r b\u00f6lgede \u00e7i\u015f yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair hi\u00e7bir \u015fikayet almad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Norve\u00e7 medyas\u0131nda iki \u00fclke aras\u0131ndaki 198 kilometrelik alanda yasak ge\u00e7i\u015fler ve kar\u015f\u0131ya ta\u015f atanlara verilen cezalarla ilgili haberler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
