Giresun\u2019un Dereli il\u00e7esinde ge\u00e7en y\u0131l ya\u015fanan sel felaketinde 11 ki\u015fi \u00f6ld\u00fc, dere yata\u011f\u0131ndaki binalar yerle bir oldu. Bunca ac\u0131ya ra\u011fmen de\u011fi\u015fen bir \u015fey olmad\u0131. Selzedeler i\u00e7in 216 konut ve 72 i\u015fyeri, riskli b\u00f6lgeye in\u015fa edildi.<\/p>\n

Giresun’da ge\u00e7en y\u0131l 22 A\u011fustos’ta, 5’i asker 11 ki\u015finin hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi sel felaketinden en \u00e7ok etkilenen yerlerden biri Dereli il\u00e7esi oldu. Dereli il\u00e7esinde; dereler ta\u015ft\u0131, cadde ve sokaklar nehre d\u00f6nd\u00fc, park halindeki ara\u00e7lar ise sele kap\u0131larak s\u00fcr\u00fcklendi. Dere yata\u011f\u0131na in\u015fa edilen 19 bina y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131, 361 yap\u0131 hasar g\u00f6rd\u00fc, altyap\u0131 ve \u00fcstyap\u0131 ile elektrik, su ve telefon hatlar\u0131 da hasar g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Afetzedeler i\u00e7in \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’nca haz\u0131rlanan projeyle TOK\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan in\u015fa edilen 216 konut ve 72 i\u015f yerinin yap\u0131m\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda tamamland\u0131. Ancak bir y\u0131l \u00f6nce selin g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc binalar yine \u2018riskli b\u00f6lge’ olarak bilinen dere yata\u011f\u0131na yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Dereli Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kaz\u0131m Zeki \u015eenliko\u011flu, 1 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde Dereli’nin yeniden in\u015fa edildi\u011fini belirterek, \u201cKonutlar\u0131n eyl\u00fclde teslim edilmesi bekleniyor. Daha g\u00fcvenli bir Dereli ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor\u201d dedi. Selzede Hicabi Karahasan ise \u201cBurada ac\u0131, g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131, insanlar\u0131n ma\u011fduriyeti vard\u0131. \u015eimdi bu yaralar sar\u0131l\u0131yor ama Dereli’nin tekrar Dereli olabilmesi i\u00e7in 3 y\u0131l kadar bir zaman ihtiya\u00e7 var. Dere yataklar\u0131na art\u0131k yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131 yap\u0131lmamal\u0131. Bu insanlar\u0131n can\u0131na mal oluyor. Mal yerine koyulabiliyor ama can konulam\u0131yor. Dereli’de oturan selzede Sinan \u015eahin, her \u015feyini sel sular\u0131 ile kaybetti\u011fini belirtti. Sinan \u015eahin \u201cBen bir binan\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p kendimi ancak kurtarabildim. B\u00f6yle \u015feyleri sadece televizyonlarda g\u00f6rebiliyorduk ama biz burada bunu ya\u015fad\u0131k. Sel g\u00fcn\u00fc benim arabam, birikimim, y\u0131llar\u0131m gitti. Selin ard\u0131ndan devletimiz hep yan\u0131m\u0131zda oldu.
