Bu t\u00fcr g\u0131dalar, kimyasal i\u015fleme tabi tutularak tatlar\u0131, renkleri, dokular\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f, radyasyona maruz kalm\u0131\u015f, geneti\u011fiyle oynanm\u0131\u015f g\u0131dalard\u0131r ve i\u00e7lerindeki sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa yararl\u0131 vitamin, mineral, lif, fitobesin gibi unsurlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 da ortadan kalkm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7inde bol miktarda hayvansal protein, ya\u011f, soya, m\u0131s\u0131r, bu\u011fday, \u015feker, tuz ve katk\u0131 maddeleri bulunan bu i\u015flenmi\u015f rafine g\u0131dalar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa yararl\u0131 herhangi bir olumlu etkisinin olmayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde g\u00fcnl\u00fck kalorilerin en az yar\u0131s\u0131 bu sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa zararl\u0131 paketli i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131dalardan elde edilmektedir. Bu da obezite ve kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biridir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"zoomIt\" src=\"https:\/\/istanbulchannel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/sagligimizi-bozan-beslenme-hatalari-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"835\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00c7ok fazla hayvansal g\u0131da t\u00fcketmek<\/h2>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve uzun ya\u015famak i\u00e7in miktar, \u00e7e\u015fit ve kalite g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda bitkisel g\u0131dalar, hayvansal g\u0131dalara gerek kalmadan sa\u011fl\u0131k i\u00e7in yeterli olabilir. \u00c7e\u015fitli bitkisel besinleri \u00e7ok az i\u015fleyip, pi\u015firip, tuzlay\u0131p t\u00fcketmek sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flar. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te en \u00e7ok, \u00e7i\u011f veya buharda az pi\u015fmi\u015f g\u0131dalar\u0131n tercih edilmesi gerekir. End\u00fcstriyel olarak yeti\u015ftirilmi\u015f hayvansal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin i\u00e7erisinde bol miktarda doymu\u015f ya\u011f; kolesterol; end\u00fcstriyel ve kimyasal toksinler; bol miktarda kalori, \u00e7ok az vitamin, mineral, lif bulunur. Bu nedenle g\u00fcnl\u00fck kalorilerin en fazla % 10 kadar\u0131 organik hayvansal g\u0131dalardan gelmelidir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"zoomIt\" src=\"https:\/\/istanbulchannel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/sagligimizi-bozan-beslenme-hatalari-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"848\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ve dengesiz yemek<\/h2>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn yemek, s\u00fcrekli at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa zararl\u0131d\u0131r ve obeziteye yol a\u00e7ar. Kaliteli iki \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn yemek, 20.00&#8217;den sonra yemek yememek, haftada iki g\u00fcn kalori miktar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak ise \u00e7ok sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Besinleri birbirleriyle ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131rmak \u00f6nemlidir. Bunun ilk kural\u0131 konsantre hayvansal proteinler ile ni\u015fastal\u0131 karbonhidratlar\u0131 birlikte t\u00fcketmemektir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu kural tamamen ihmal edilmektedir. Et ve patatesin bir arada t\u00fcketildi\u011fi hamburger ve k\u0131zarm\u0131\u015f patates bunun en tipik \u00f6rne\u011fidir. Hayvansal protein t\u00fcketimiyle ilgili ikinci temel kural ise et, s\u00fct, s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ve yumurta gibi iki de\u011fi\u015fik hayvansal proteini ayn\u0131 zamanda t\u00fcketmemektir. Ya\u011f, lezzetli olmakla birlikte obezitenin \u00f6nemli sebeplerindendir. \u00c7i\u011f veya buharda pi\u015firme y\u00f6ntemi tercih edilmelidir.<\/p>\n<h2>H\u0131zl\u0131 yemek ve yetersiz \u00e7i\u011fnemek<\/h2>\n<p>\u00d6\u011f\u00fcnler yava\u015f ve uzun s\u00fcre \u00e7i\u011fnenerek t\u00fcketilmelidir.
