Yap\u0131land\u0131rmalar, Hazine ve Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Gelir \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan &#8220;Baz\u0131 Alacaklar\u0131n Yeniden Yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin 7326 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun&#8221; kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak. \u0130lkad\u0131m Belediyesine bor\u00e7lu vatanda\u015flar, yap\u0131land\u0131rma i\u015flemlerini belediyenin web sitesinden online olarak yapabilece\u011fi gibi belediye hizmet binas\u0131nda yapabilecek. M\u00fckellef vatanda\u015flar, 30 Nisan 2021 ve \u00f6ncesi emlak vergisi, \u00e7evre temizlik vergisi, ilan reklam vergisi, i\u015fgal harc\u0131, e\u011flence vergisi, ve dava konusu olan bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131land\u0131rabilecek. Kanun kapsam\u0131na giren bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131land\u0131rarak \u00f6demek isteyen vatanda\u015flar, 31 A\u011fustos 2021\u2019e kadar yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak ba\u015fvuruda bulunabilecek. Yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lan bor\u00e7lar\u0131n ilk taksit \u00f6deme s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde tamamen ya da iki\u015fer ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemler halinde azami 18 e\u015fit taksitte \u00f6denmesi imkan bulunduruyor. \u0130lk taksit \u00f6deme s\u00fcresi ise 30 Eyl\u00fcl 2021 tarihi mesai saati bitiminde sona erecek. Bor\u00e7lu vatanda\u015flar azami taksit s\u00fcresi 18 e\u015fit taksit olarak belirleyebilece\u011fi gibi 6, 9 ve 12 e\u015fit taksitte \u00f6deme se\u00e7eneklerinden de faydalanabilecek. Taksitli \u00f6deme se\u00e7ene\u011finin tercih edilmesi halinde katsay\u0131 uygulanacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSon g\u00fcn 31 A\u011fustos\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili hat\u0131rlatma yapan \u0130lkad\u0131m Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Necattin Demirta\u015f, \u201cVatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan yasa ile birlikte ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemlere ait ile emlak vergisi, \u00e7evre temizlik vergisi, ilan ve reklam vergisi ve kanun kapsam\u0131nda yer alan bor\u00e7larla ilgili yap\u0131land\u0131rabilecek. Borcu olan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hak kayb\u0131na u\u011framamas\u0131 i\u00e7in 31 A\u011fustos Sal\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131land\u0131rma i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurmalar\u0131 gerekiyor. 18 aya kadar taksitlendirme imkan\u0131 da sa\u011flayan yap\u0131land\u0131rmadan yararlanmak isteyen vatanda\u015flar\u0131n \u0130lkad\u0131m Belediyesi Mali Hizmetler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 Gelir Birimi\u2019ne m\u00fcracaat etmeleri gerekiyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0130lkad\u0131m Belediyesi, belediyelere \u00f6denmesi gereken birikmi\u015f vergi bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda son g\u00fcn\u00fcn 31 A\u011fustos 2021 oldu\u011funu duyurdu.
