T\u00fclay Y. ve o\u011flu Hakan Y., apartmandaki kameradan husumetli olduklar\u0131 Mustafa Avc\u0131 e\u015fi Fatma Avc\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 Ebru ve Ahmet Avc\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n marketten binaya girmek \u00fczere olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnce d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar. Sokakta kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan iki aile aras\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flad\u0131. Tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek kavgaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi \u00fczerine T\u00fclay Y. ve Hakan Y., ellerindeki b\u0131\u00e7aklarla Mustafa Avc\u0131 ve ailesine sald\u0131rd\u0131. Kavgada b\u0131\u00e7akla yaralanan baba Mustafa Avc\u0131 olay yerinde, k\u0131z\u0131 Ebru Avc\u0131 ise kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 hastanede t\u00fcm m\u00fcdahalelere ra\u011fmen kurtar\u0131lamayarak hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti.<\/p>\n<p>Olayda sokak ortas\u0131nda b\u0131\u00e7aklad\u0131klar\u0131 kom\u015fular\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda elleri b\u0131\u00e7akla bekleyen anne ve o\u011flu ise polisin havaya ate\u015f a\u00e7mas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan b\u0131\u00e7aklar\u0131n\u0131 yola b\u0131rakarak teslim oldu.
