Prof. Dr. G\u00f6ral, yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 y\u0131l \u00f6nce refl\u00fc hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n nadir g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne i\u015faret ederek &#8220;\u00c7ocuklu\u011fumuzda, \u00f6zellikle 1980 \u00f6ncesi, annelerimizin evde haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131 do\u011fal, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve faydal\u0131, obeziteye yol a\u00e7mayan i\u00e7eceklerle b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck. Ancak bunlar\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde unuttuk ve kolaya ka\u00e7arak, haz\u0131r, asitli i\u00e7ecekler veya haz\u0131r meyve sular\u0131na y\u00f6neldik. Bu nedenle, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde karaci\u011fer ya\u011flanmas\u0131, ins\u00fclin direnci ve refl\u00fc hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. 30-40 y\u0131l \u00f6nce bu 3 hastal\u0131k yok gibi idi veya bilinmiyordu ve \u00e7ok az rastlan\u0131lan hastal\u0131klard\u0131. Ancak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde t\u00fcketilen a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kalorili g\u0131dalar, fast-food yiyecekler, asitli ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 karbonhidratl\u0131 i\u00e7ecekler, haz\u0131r meyve sular\u0131, bu hastal\u0131klara zemin haz\u0131rlayabilmektedir&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REYHAN VEYA DEM\u0130RH\u0130ND\u0130 \u015eERBET\u0130, NANEL\u0130 KAHVE T\u00dcKET\u0130LEB\u0130L\u0130R<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eskiden ev yap\u0131m\u0131 taze limonata ve meyve sular\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcketildi\u011fine de\u011finen Prof. Dr. G\u00f6ral, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c7ocuklu\u011fumuzdaki i\u00e7eceklerimiz, su, \u00e7ay, ev yap\u0131m\u0131 ayran, k\u00f6y s\u00fct\u00fc, \u015ferbet, ev yap\u0131m\u0131 limonata, y\u00f6resel i\u00e7ecekler (hardaliye gibi) ve komposto suyu ve do\u011fal taze s\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f meyve sular\u0131yd\u0131. Daha do\u011fal i\u00e7ecekler t\u00fcketiliyordu. Hatta bayramlarda bile mevsimine g\u00f6re taze meyve sular\u0131 ve taze yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f limonata ikram edilirdi. Uygulamas\u0131 kolay, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ve taze i\u00e7eceklerdi. Yaz\u0131n yemeklerin yan\u0131nda, taze meyve kompostolar\u0131 da taze ve besleyici olarak t\u00fcketilirdi. Baklava ve kaday\u0131f gibi tatl\u0131lar yerine s\u00fctl\u00fc tatl\u0131lar yap\u0131lmakta ve t\u00fcketilmekteydi. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde evde, yaz aylar\u0131nda, \u00f6zel g\u00fcnlerde veya bayramlarda; nane yaprakl\u0131 limonata, otlu ayran, karamelli frappuccino, reyhan \u015ferbeti, \u00e7ilekli limonata, limonlu ice tea, demirhindi \u015ferbeti, karpuzlu limonata, koruk suyu, \u015feftalili buzlu \u00e7ay, naneli kahve, kavun suyu gibi sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 i\u00e7ecekler haz\u0131rlanabilir ve t\u00fcketilebilir. Bunlar daha taze, besleyici ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olabilmektedir. Katk\u0131 maddeleri i\u00e7ermemesi ve taze olmalar\u0131 \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir avantajd\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00dcCUT D\u0130RENC\u0130N\u0130N FORM\u00dcL\u00dc KI\u015e \u00c7AYLARINDA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Vedat G\u00f6ral, k\u0131\u015f\u0131n tercih edilebilecek i\u00e7ecekleri ise \u015fu \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirdi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;K\u0131\u015f\u0131n haz\u0131r ve asitli i\u00e7ecekler yerine, ev yap\u0131m\u0131 salep, taze s\u0131kma portakal, mandalina, elma veya havu\u00e7 suyu, \u0131hlamur, ku\u015fburnu, rezene, karanfil, zencefil gibi k\u0131\u015f \u00e7aylar\u0131, v\u00fccut direncini art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in de \u00e7ok iyi ve olduk\u00e7a yararl\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, i\u00e7ecekleri \u00e7e\u015fitlendirmek ve mutlu olmak i\u00e7in ev yap\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7ikolatal\u0131 T\u00fcrk kahvesi, ev yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131cak \u00e7ikolata, melengi\u00e7 kahvesi gibi k\u0131\u015f i\u00e7ecekleri t\u00fcketilmelidir. Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bizim elimizde olup, taze, do\u011fal, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, katk\u0131 maddesi i\u00e7ermeyen, mevsimsel yiyecek ve i\u00e7eceklerle beslenmemiz \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.
