Valilik ile Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Odas\u0131n\u0131n giri\u015fimleriyle Co\u011frafi \u0130\u015faret Tescili yap\u0131lan “Amasya<\/a> toyga \u00e7orbas\u0131” d\u00fczenlenen t\u00f6renle tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Kentteki bir otelde d\u00fczenlenen programda konu\u015fan Vali Mustafa Masatl\u0131, turizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn konaklama tesisleri, yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek i\u015fletmeleriyle bir b\u00fct\u00fcn oldu\u011funu, \u00f6zellikle yabanc\u0131 turistlerin gezdikleri \u015fehirlerin kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc tatlar\u0131na, geleneksel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine ve sanatsal faaliyetlerine ilgi g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Amasya’n\u0131n son bir y\u0131lda 4 olan co\u011frafi i\u015faret say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, yeni eklenen 4 \u00fcr\u00fcnle birlikte iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Masatl\u0131, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

“Turizmde en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerden bir tanesi gastronomidir. Yerli ve yabanc\u0131 turisti g\u00fczel bir \u015fekilde a\u011f\u0131rlayarak y\u00f6resel lezzetlerin tatt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00d6zelikle en son patentini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 4 co\u011frafi i\u015faretin tamam\u0131 da gastronomiyle ilgili. Bug\u00fcn toyga \u00e7orbas\u0131n\u0131 da co\u011frafi i\u015faretlerimize eklemi\u015f oluyoruz. Bizim buradaki hedefimiz, ilimizin t\u00fcm sosyal ya\u015fant\u0131s\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerini, \u00f6z ve orijini burada olan de\u011ferlerimizi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p, herkesin be\u011fenisine, tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na ve tad\u0131m\u0131na sunmakt\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan patent konusunu \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsiyoruz. D\u00f6rt olan co\u011frafi i\u015faret tescilli \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc sekize \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131k. Yirmi iki \u00fcr\u00fcnle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z devam ediyor, k\u0131smet olursa otuza \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131z.”<\/p>\n

Amasya Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Sar\u0131 da \u015fehzadeler \u015fehri Amasya’n\u0131n \u00e7ok zengin bir mutfak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne sahip oldu\u011funu belirterek, hem s\u0131cak hem de so\u011fuk olarak t\u00fcketilebilen Amasya toyga \u00e7orbas\u0131n\u0131n “d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn \u00e7orbas\u0131” ad\u0131yla da an\u0131l\u0131p \u00f6zel g\u00fcnlerde sofralar\u0131 s\u00fcsledi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n

Daha sonra Vali Masatl\u0131 ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, Amasya toyga \u00e7orbas\u0131n\u0131n tad\u0131na bakt\u0131.<\/p>\n
