GoDaddy’de veri ihlali ya\u015fand\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye’den 13 binden fazla GoDaddy kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 etkilendi. Ki\u015fisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu(KVKK) konuyla ilgili inceleme ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu.<\/p>\n
KVKK taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klama \u015f\u00f6yle;<\/p>\n
“Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere, 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanununun \u201cVeri g\u00fcvenli\u011fine ili\u015fkin y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 12 nci maddesinin (5) numaral\u0131 f\u0131kras\u0131 \u201c\u0130\u015flenen ki\u015fisel verilerin kanuni olmayan yollarla ba\u015fkalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan elde edilmesi h\u00e2linde, veri sorumlusu bu durumu en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ilgilisine ve Kurula bildirir. Kurul, gerekmesi h\u00e2linde bu durumu, kendi internet sitesinde ya da uygun g\u00f6rece\u011fi ba\u015fka bir y\u00f6ntemle ilan edebilir.\u201d h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc amirdir.<\/p>\n

Veri sorumlusunun kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na hizmet verdi\u011fi bir ortamda \u015f\u00fcpheli etkinlikler tespit etmesi sonucu inceleme ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve 06.09.2021 tarihinde veya bu tarih yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda yetkisiz ki\u015filerce kullan\u0131c\u0131lara ait birtak\u0131m ki\u015fisel verilere eri\u015filmesiyle veri ihlali ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finin anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131,
\u0130hlalin veri sorumlusu taraf\u0131ndan 17.11.2021 tarihinde tespit edildi\u011fi,
\u0130hlalden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bulunan 13.382 kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n etkilendi\u011fi, bu kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde t\u00fczel ki\u015filerin de bulundu\u011fu,<\/p>\n
\u0130hlalden veri sorumlusu taraf\u0131ndan atanan m\u00fc\u015fteri numaras\u0131, e-posta adresi, varsay\u0131lan WordPress y\u00f6netici (admin) oturum a\u00e7ma bilgileri, g\u00fcvenli dosya aktar\u0131m protokol\u00fc (sFTP) ve veritaban\u0131 kullan\u0131c\u0131 adlar\u0131 ve \u015fifrelerinin etkilendi\u011fi,<\/p>\n
\u0130lgili ki\u015filerin veri ihlali hakk\u0131nda \u201c+1 480 505 8870\u201d numaral\u0131 telefonla GoDaddy \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezi kanal\u0131 \u00fczerinden bilgi alabilece\u011fi ifade edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
Konuya ili\u015fkin inceleme devam etmekle birlikte, Ki\u015fisel Verileri Koruma Kurulunun 23.12.2021 tarih ve 2021\/1326 say\u0131l\u0131 Karar\u0131 ile s\u00f6z konusu veri ihlali bildiriminin Kurumun internet sayfas\u0131nda ilan edilmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
