Bist50 endeksinde ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemlerinde yukar\u0131 ad\u0131m kural\u0131 uygulanacak. <\/p>\n

BIST’ten konu ile ilgili yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun 11\/02\/2021 tarih ve 7\/211 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131 uyar\u0131nca BIST 50 Endeksinde yer alan paylarda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemi yap\u0131labildi\u011fi hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu bilgiler verildi:<\/p>\n

“S\u00f6z konusu paylarda 20\/12\/2021 tarihli seansta bir g\u00fcn boyunca ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemlerinde yukar\u0131 ad\u0131m kural\u0131n\u0131n (up-tick rule) uygulanmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Buna g\u00f6re a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemi yap\u0131labilen paylarda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemi, a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015fa konu olacak sermaye piyasas\u0131 arac\u0131n\u0131n en son ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen i\u015flem fiyat\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek bir fiyat \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilecektir.<\/p>\n

Ancak, a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015fa konu olan sermaye piyasas\u0131 arac\u0131n\u0131n en son ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen fiyat\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00f6nceki fiyattan daha y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemi en son ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen fiyat d\u00fczeyinden de yap\u0131labilecektir.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcn i\u00e7inde sahip olunmadan yap\u0131lan ve daha sonra ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lan al\u0131mlarla kapat\u0131lan sat\u0131\u015flar da a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f kapsam\u0131nda oldu\u011fundan yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z ve yat\u0131r\u0131m kurulu\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan bu nitelikteki sat\u0131\u015flara ili\u015fkin emirlerin de a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f se\u00e7ene\u011fi i\u015faretlenmek suretiyle iletilmesi hususunda gerekli dikkat ve \u00f6zenin g\u00f6sterilmesi \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.”<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
