NATO<\/a>, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda kullanmak \u00fczere yeni b\u00fct\u00e7e paketini belirledi. NATO\u2019nun giderek artan politik a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle yeni d\u00f6nemde sivil i\u015fler i\u00e7in daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00fct\u00e7e olu\u015fturuldu.<\/p>\n

NATO taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u2018\u2019M\u00fcttefikler NATO’nun 2022 sivil ve askeri b\u00fct\u00e7elerini kabul etti. Sivil b\u00fct\u00e7e 289,1 milyon euro ve askeri b\u00fct\u00e7e ise 1,56 milyar 2uro olarak belirlendi\u2019\u2019 ifadelerine yer verildi.
A\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cSivil ve askeri b\u00fct\u00e7elere ek olarak, ittifak\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc temel ortak finanse edilen unsuru NATO G\u00fcvenlik Yat\u0131r\u0131m Program\u0131d\u0131r (NSIP). B\u00fcy\u00fck in\u015faat ve komuta ve kontrol sistemi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan NSIP i\u00e7in 2022 tavan\u0131 790 milyon eurodur\u2019\u2019 ifadeleri kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

NATO\u2019nun sivil b\u00fct\u00e7esi, sivil personel, i\u015fletme maliyetleri ve sivil program harcamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in fon sa\u011flayarak, 2021 seviyesine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 8,9 artt\u0131. Bu maliyet art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ana itici g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn, NATO’nun devam eden siber adaptasyonu oldu\u011fu bildirildi. Askeri b\u00fct\u00e7e ise NATO Komuta Yap\u0131s\u0131 Karargahlar\u0131n\u0131n ve d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki programlar\u0131n, misyonlar\u0131n ve operasyonlar\u0131n i\u015fletme maliyetlerini kaps\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
