Resmi Gazete’nin bug\u00fcnk\u00fc say\u0131s\u0131nda yer alan Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Karar\u0131 ile 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda uygulanacak olan Motorlu Ta\u015f\u0131tlar Vergisi’nde art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 25 olarak belirlendi. <\/p>\n
\u0130lgili Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Karar\u0131’nda \u015fu ifadeler yer al\u0131yor: <\/p>\n
“Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Karar\u0131’nda 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in tespit edilen yeniden de\u011ferleme oran\u0131, 12\/2\/1963 tarihli ve 197 say\u0131l\u0131 Motorlu Ta\u015f\u0131tlar Vergisi Kanunu’nun 5’inci maddesinde yer alan (I) say\u0131l\u0131 tarife, 6’\u0131nc\u0131 maddesinde yer alan (II) ve (IV) say\u0131l\u0131 tarifler ve ge\u00e7ici 8’inci maddesinde yer alan (I\/A) say\u0131l\u0131 tarifede bulunan ta\u015f\u0131tlar i\u00e7in, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda motorlu ta\u015f\u0131tlar vergisi tutarlar\u0131na uygulanmak \u00fczere %25 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir”<\/p>\n

Ekim ay\u0131 enflasyon verisiyle birlikte 2022 i\u00e7in uygulanacak yeniden de\u011ferleme oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 36,2 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131’n\u0131n bu oran\u0131 yeniden belirleme yetkisi bulunuyordu. <\/p>\n

Yeniden De\u011ferleme Oran\u0131, yeniden de\u011ferleme yap\u0131lacak y\u0131l\u0131n Ekim ay\u0131ndan bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re \u00dcretici Fiyatlar\u0131 Genel Endeksinde (\u00dcFE) meydana gelen ortalama fiyat art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor.<\/p>\n
