Hatta baz\u0131 sat\u0131l\u0131k dairelerin m\u00fclk sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131\u015ftan kald\u0131r\u0131larak yeni fiyatlar ile yeniden sat\u0131\u015fa sunuldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Elfi Gayrimenkul Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00d6zkan Aydemir, kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n konut kredisi faiz oranlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 1.20\u2019ye kadar indirmesi ile piyasada yeni bir hareketlili\u011fin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ancak buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak bir tak\u0131m s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n da tekrar g\u00fcndeme geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.
