Artvin’in Hopa il\u00e7esinde bir TIR’\u0131n dorsesinde \u00f6l\u00fcme terk edilen atlar, Ardanu\u00e7 il\u00e7esinde bir \u00e7iftli\u011fe g\u00f6nderildi. Atlar\u0131n 10 g\u00fcn \u00f6nceki halinden sonra yeni yuvalar\u0131ndaki son hallerini g\u00f6renler b\u00fcy\u00fck mutlu etti.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Hopa’da bir TIR’\u0131n dorsesinde \u00f6l\u00fcme terk edilen atlar\u0131n bak\u0131m ve tedavileri, 10 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcler ve veteriner hekimler e\u015fli\u011finde yap\u0131l\u0131yordu. Ruam tersi negatif \u00e7\u0131kan ve karantina s\u00fcre\u00e7leri tamamlanan atlar, kendileri ile ilgili hukuki s\u00fcre\u00e7 sona erene kadar yediemin olarak Ardanu\u00e7 il\u00e7esinde bir \u00e7iftli\u011fe yerle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n

Sa\u011fl\u0131k durumlar\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn iyiye giden ve bak\u0131mlar\u0131 eksiksiz yap\u0131lan atlar\u0131n, \u00e7iftlikteki keyifleri yerinde. TIR’\u0131n kasas\u0131nda i\u00e7ler ac\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerinden uzak halleri y\u00fcreklere su serperken, kamuoyunda b\u00fcy\u00fck yank\u0131 uyand\u0131ran atlar\u0131 g\u00f6rmek isteyenler \u00e7iftli\u011fe ko\u015ftu. En \u00e7ok ilgiyi ise, yeni d\u00fcnyaya gelen tay g\u00f6rd\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Kars’tan K\u0131rg\u0131zistan’da bir d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ziyafeti i\u00e7in kesime g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclmek \u00fczere y\u00fcklendi\u011fi TIR, \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn Sarp S\u0131n\u0131r Kap\u0131s\u0131’ndan ge\u00e7emeyece\u011fini anlamas\u0131 \u00fczerine Artvin’in Hopa il\u00e7esinde bulunan TIR garaj\u0131na park edildi. Burada \u00f6l\u00fcme terk edilen 38 at i\u00e7in g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcler ve sanat\u00e7\u0131lar seferber oldu. 6 A\u011fustos Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015fanan olay sonras\u0131 Artvin Valili\u011fi’nce, Tar\u0131m ve Orman \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri olayla ilgili inceleme ba\u015flat\u0131rd\u0131. TIR’dan indirilen atlar, polis bariyeri ile etraf\u0131 \u00e7evrilen alanda bak\u0131m ve tedavi alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. \u00c7ipleri olmayan atlara ekiplerce \u00e7ip tak\u0131l\u0131rken, yap\u0131lan tedavilere ra\u011fmen 5 at \u00f6l\u00fcrken, bir at ise do\u011fum yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n

Adli ve idari soru\u015fturma devam ederken atlarda s\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclen ruam hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in test yap\u0131ld\u0131. 72 saat sonra \u00e7\u0131kan test sonucunda atlar\u0131n negatif oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131nca, Tar\u0131m ve Orman \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc’nce 33 at ve bir tay, sahibinden al\u0131narak bak\u0131m ve korunma alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Atlar\u0131n sahibi E.\u015e’ye ise hayvan refah\u0131 yasas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda toplam 35 bin 700 lira para cezas\u0131 kesilirken, E.\u015e, atlar\u0131 geri almak i\u00e7in Tar\u0131m ve Orman \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc’ne dilek\u00e7e verse de bu talebi kabul g\u00f6rmedi. Bunun \u00fczerine atlar\u0131n sahibi oldu\u011funu iddia eden \u015fah\u0131s, hukuksal yollara ba\u015fvururken, atlar mahkeme s\u00fcreci sona erinceye kadar bug\u00fcn kamyonlara y\u00fcklenerek yediemin olarak Ardanu\u00e7 il\u00e7esindeki bir \u00e7iftli\u011fe g\u00f6nderildi.<\/p>\n
