Op. Dr. Servet Karaca, bi\u015fektomi operasyonunun son d\u00f6nemde trend haline geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Bi\u015fektomi ameliyat\u0131 hem erkeklere hem kad\u0131nlara yap\u0131labildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Karaca “17 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015f her birey bu ameliyat\u0131 olabilir. Ancak \u00e7o\u011funlukla 25 ya\u015f\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fcklere yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu ya\u015fta y\u00fcz hatlar\u0131 tam olarak oturmu\u015f olur. Genellikle kilolu ki\u015filere de\u011fil, v\u00fccut kilosu normal olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen yanaklar\u0131 daha belirgin olup kilolu imaj\u0131 veren bireylere yap\u0131l\u0131r. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilolu ki\u015filere, 45 ya\u015f\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fcklere, 17 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcklere pek tavsiye edilmemektedir” ifadelerini kulland\u0131. <\/p>\n

“Ortalama her iki yanak operasyonu toplam 45 dakika civar\u0131nda s\u00fcrmektedir. Lokal anestezi alt\u0131nda da olduk\u00e7a konforlu ve a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131z olmaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u015flem sonras\u0131 hastalar\u0131n 5 g\u00fcn kadar sigara, alkol, ac\u0131l\u0131-baharatl\u0131-asitli ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cak g\u0131dalardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u0130lk 3 g\u00fcn yanakta ortaya \u00f6dem ve \u00e7ok hafif derecede morluk olu\u015fabilir. \u015ei\u015flikler h\u0131zl\u0131ca 10 g\u00fcnde iner ancak y\u00fcz\u00fcn inceli\u011finin net belirginle\u015fmesi 2 ay\u0131 bulmakta, 6 aya kadar belirginle\u015fme devam etmektedir. Ameliyat yap\u0131lan ki\u015filere duruma g\u00f6re \u00f6dem azalt\u0131c\u0131 ila\u00e7lar ve elastik bandaj \u00f6nerilebilir.”<\/p>\n
Bi\u015fektomi ameliyat\u0131na \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ilgi g\u00f6sterdi\u011fine vurgu yapan Karaca “Bi\u015fektomi sonras\u0131 y\u00fczde ters \u00fc\u00e7gen g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc elde edilir ki bu daha estetik bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.
