Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte yap\u0131lan deneylerde de fiziksel aktivitenin ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini v\u00fccudun t\u00fcm\u00f6r b\u00fcy\u00fcmesiyle sava\u015fma yetene\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirdi\u011fi tespit edilmi\u015fti. \u00d6rne\u011fin egzersizlerin kanser h\u00fccrelerini hedef ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinen baz\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k h\u00fccrelerinin aktivitesini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Bununla birlikte egzersizler kanser h\u00fccrelerinin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini engelleyen inflamatuar maddelerin seviyesini de art\u0131rarak belirli kanser t\u00fcrlerine sahip ki\u015filerde daha uzun hayatta kalmaya sebebiyet vermekte.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Y\u00dcZDE 69&#8230;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>JAMA Internal Medicine&#8217;de 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan bir inceleme; meme, mesane, kan ve rektum kanserleri de dahil olmak \u00fczere en az 13 kanser t\u00fcr\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik riskimizin, fiziksel olarak aktif oldu\u011fumuzda \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sonucuna vard\u0131. 2019&#8217;da yay\u0131nlanan bir ba\u015fka raporda ise bu azalmalar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 69 gibi olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek oranlara eri\u015febilece\u011fini hesaplad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 zamanda bir\u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, hareketsiz kalman\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli kanserler i\u00e7in riski art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Ancak bilim insanlar\u0131, bu risklerin hangi oranda ve nas\u0131l vakaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc; daha somut olarak, her y\u0131l ka\u00e7 ki\u015finin az hareket etmekle yak\u0131ndan ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde kansere yakaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 derecede az \u015fey biliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle, Ekim ay\u0131nda Spor ve Egzersizde T\u0131p ve Bilim&#8217;de yay\u0131nlanan yeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in, Amerikan Kanser Derne\u011fi ve Atlanta&#8217;daki Emory \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nden ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, kanser ve hareketsizlik aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7mek i\u00e7in PAF ad\u0131 verilen karma\u015f\u0131k bir istatistiksel analiz kulland\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/istanbulchannel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/carpici-arastirma-binlerce-kanser-vakasinin-onune-gecilebilirdi.jpg\" alt width=\"1000\" height=\"714\"><\/p>\n<p>Matematiksel bir yol olan PAF (population-attributable fraction: pop\u00fclasyona atfedilebilir fraksiyon) bize her y\u0131l bilinen t\u00fcm hastal\u0131k \u00f6rneklerinden, \u00f6rne\u011fin kolon kanseri vakalar\u0131n\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n makul bir \u015fekilde sigara, alkol veya ya\u011fl\u0131 yiyeceklerin ya da a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 oturmayla ili\u015fkilendirilebilece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebilir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>YED\u0130 FARKLI KANSER T\u00dcR\u00dc<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hareketsizlikten kaynaklanan kanserin PAF de\u011ferini hesaplamak i\u00e7in Amerikan Kanser Derne\u011fi bilim insanlar\u0131, 2013 ve 2016 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda 20 ya\u015f ve \u00fcst\u00fc t\u00fcm vakalar hakk\u0131nda ABD Kanser \u0130statistikleri veri taban\u0131ndan anonimle\u015ftirilmi\u015f veriler ald\u0131. Ekip, hem toplam kanser vakalar\u0131na hem de ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda k\u0131smen aktivite veya hareketsizlik ile yak\u0131ndan ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu tespit edilen mide, b\u00f6brek, yemek borusu, kolon, mesane, meme ve endometriyal t\u00fcm\u00f6rler olan yedi kanser t\u00fcr\u00fcne odakland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Daha sonra yar\u0131m milyonu a\u015fk\u0131n insan\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 federal ankette ABD&#8217;li yeti\u015fkinlerin ne kadar hareket ettiklerine dair verdikleri yan\u0131tlar\u0131 incelediler. Bunu Amerikan Kanser Derne\u011fi&#8217;nin haftal\u0131k 300 dakika tempolu y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f gibi basit tavsiyeni, v\u00fccut kitle endeksi verilerini ve di\u011fer verilerle birle\u015ftirerek bir form\u00fcl elde edildi. Buna g\u00f6re hareketle \u00f6nlenebilecek vaka say\u0131s\u0131 46 bin 356 olarak (cilt kanseri hari\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k kanser vakalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 3&#8217;\u00fc) tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>MEME KANSER\u0130 EN \u00d6NDE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fcnya geneli i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli bir mesaj anlam\u0131na gelen bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada tek tek kanser t\u00fcrlerine bak\u0131nca \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ise <a href=\"https:\/\/haberglobal.com.tr\/haberleri\/meme-kanseri\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">meme kanseri<\/a> oldu. Y\u0131ll\u0131k meme kanseri vakalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 17&#8217;sinin hareketle \u00f6nlenebilece\u011fi tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Elbette kanser birbiriyle \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fen, i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015f bir\u00e7ok nedeni olan ve \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 derecede karma\u015f\u0131k bir hastal\u0131k. Ayr\u0131ca, risklerin asla s\u0131f\u0131ra d\u00fc\u015fmeyece\u011fini ve en aktif insanlar\u0131n dahi pek \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 nedenle kanser geli\u015ftirebilece\u011fini vurgulamakta fayda var.
