Bu arada \u00e7iftin 1.5 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki E.G. isimli erkek \u00e7ocu\u011fu ise baba al\u0131p anneye vermedi.<\/p>\n<p>Anne bunun \u00fczerine bo\u015fanma davas\u0131 devam ederken \u00e7ocu\u011fun kendisine verilmesi i\u00e7in velayet davas\u0131 da a\u00e7t\u0131. Ya\u015f\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in mahkeme \u00e7ocu\u011fu anneye verdi. Ancak buna ra\u011fmen baba \u00e7ocu\u011fu anneye vermeyince anne bu kez de \u00e7ocu\u011fu icra yoluyla almak i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/istanbulchannel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/icralik-cocugu-babaanne-kacirdi.webp\" alt width=\"840\" height=\"630\"><\/p>\n<h2><strong>KAPI A\u00c7ILMAYINCA&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Annenin ba\u015fvurusunun kabul edilmesi \u00fczerine icra memurlar\u0131 \u00e7ocu\u011fu almak i\u00e7in baban\u0131n adresine gitti. Apartman\u0131n ziline basan g\u00f6revlilerle megafondan konu\u015fan babaanne Fatma G. \u00e7ocu\u011fu almak i\u00e7in geldiklerini \u00f6\u011frenince irtibat\u0131 kesip kap\u0131y\u0131 a\u00e7mad\u0131. Apartmana dahi giremeyen memurlar polisten yard\u0131m istedi. Olay yerine gelen polis Fatma G. kap\u0131y\u0131 a\u00e7may\u0131nca ba\u015fka bir vatanda\u015fa apartman kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131rd\u0131. Ancak dairenin de kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmay\u0131nca polis \u00e7ilingir \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131. Polis bir s\u00fcre \u201cFatma han\u0131m kap\u0131y\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131n yoksa \u00e7ilingirle a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131z\u201d diye uyard\u0131. Ancak kap\u0131 bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lmay\u0131nca \u00e7ilingir marifetiyle kap\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/istanbulchannel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/icralik-cocugu-babaanne-kacirdi-1.webp\" alt width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\"><\/p>\n<h2><strong>TORUNUNU ALIP KA\u00c7MI\u015e<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Polis i\u00e7eri girip kontrol etti ancak biraz \u00f6nce icra memurlar\u0131 ile konu\u015fan babaannenin torununu da al\u0131p ka\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>Polis ve icra memurlar\u0131 tutanak tutup olay yerinden ayr\u0131ld\u0131.
