Polis taraf\u0131ndan uzun s\u00fcredir aranan Cialceta g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131rken, Cialceta\u2019n\u0131n 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda diktat\u00f6rl\u00fck rejimi s\u0131ras\u0131nda i\u015fledi\u011fi adam ka\u00e7\u0131rma, i\u015fkence ve cinayet su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan yarg\u0131lanaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi. Sosyal medyada yay\u0131nlanan foto\u011frafta Cialceta dolab\u0131n i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131karken g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcvenlik Bakan\u0131 Anibal Fernandez, Cialceta’n\u0131n 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda Tartagal \u015fehrinde Monte 28 Piyade Alay\u0131’nda g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131rada adam ka\u00e7\u0131rma, i\u015fkence ve cinayet su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan yarg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, 12 Nisan’da hakk\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131 g\u00f6zalt\u0131 emri \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Bakan Fernandez, \u201cKa\u00e7ak Cialceta, bask\u0131n yap\u0131lan evin tavan aras\u0131nda bulunan dolapta saklan\u0131yordu. Saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve telefon dinlemeleri sayesinde g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131” dedi.<\/p>\n

Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz nisan ay\u0131nda Salta Savc\u0131s\u0131 Carlos Martin Amad’\u0131n talebi \u00fczerine Yarg\u0131\u00e7 Mariela Gimenez, Cialceta i\u00e7in ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 g\u00f6zalt\u0131 emri \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Cialceta, eski asker ve Peronist lider Jorge Rene Santillan’\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde pay\u0131 olmakla su\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Santillan, 10 A\u011fustos 1976’da kukuletal\u0131 5 ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan 4 \u00e7ocu\u011fu ve e\u015finin g\u00f6z\u00fc \u00f6n\u00fcnde d\u00f6v\u00fcld\u00fckten sonra ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, cans\u0131z bedenine ise g\u00fcnler sonra ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Savc\u0131l\u0131k, Cialceta\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu cinayetle ilgili olarak evi basan 5 ki\u015fiyi y\u00f6nlendirdi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n iddias\u0131na g\u00f6re, Santillan\u2019\u0131n cesedinin bulundu\u011fu Mosconi’ye 20 kilometre uzakl\u0131ktaki Acambuco b\u00f6lgesinde i\u015fkence edilmi\u015f ba\u015fka cesetler de var. Cialceta bu cinayetler ve i\u015fkencelerin de sorumlusu olarak kabul ediliyor.<\/p>\n
