Eski e\u015fi Hande Bermek’i \u00f6l\u00fcmle tehdit, arkada\u015f\u0131n\u0131 da darp etti\u011fi su\u00e7lamas\u0131yla g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan sunucu Murat Ba\u015fo\u011flu serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ancak yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131na devam edilen Ba\u015fo\u011flu ile ilgili \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 haberler gelmeye devam ediyor.<\/p>\n

Bodrum’un G\u00fcndo\u011fan Mahallesi K\u00fcme Evleri Mevkii’nde Bermek ile bo\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ba\u015fo\u011flu aras\u0131nda ailevi nedenlerden tart\u0131\u015fma \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bermek’in yan\u0131nda bulunan arkada\u015f\u0131 Emre S\u00f6nmez ile Ba\u015fo\u011flu aras\u0131nda arbede ya\u015fand\u0131. Olay\u0131n ard\u0131ndan S\u00f6nmez ve Ba\u015fo\u011flu, Bodrum Devlet Hastanesi’ne giderek rapor al\u0131p taburcu oldu.<\/p>\n

\u0130lerleyen saatlerde Ba\u015fo\u011flu, jandarma taraf\u0131ndan Bermek’i \u00f6l\u00fcmle tehdit etti\u011fi, S\u00f6nmez’i de darp etti\u011fi iddias\u0131yla g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca Ba\u015fo\u011flu hakk\u0131nda 6284 say\u0131l\u0131 ‘Ailenin Korunmas\u0131 ve Kad\u0131na Kar\u015f\u0131 \u015eiddetin \u00d6nlenmesine Dair Kanun’ kapsam\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 ay s\u00fcreyle \u00f6nleyici tedbir uygulanmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fo\u011flu, jandarma karakolundaki i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan adliyeye sevk edildi. Sunucu daha sonra serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

4 AYRI SU\u00c7TAN HAK\u0130M KAR\u015eISINA \u00c7IKTI<\/h2>\n

G\u00fcnayd\u0131n’\u0131n haberine g\u00f6re; Ba\u015fo\u011flu, daha sonra Bodrum 1. Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi’nde hakim kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p 4 ayr\u0131 su\u00e7tan yarg\u0131land\u0131. Mahkeme sunucu Ba\u015fo\u011flu hakk\u0131nda, basit yaralama, gece vakti konut dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ihlal, hakaret ve tehdit su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan h\u00fck\u00fcm giydi. Toplam 412 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131lan sunucunun cezas\u0131 28 bin 760 lira para cezas\u0131na \u00e7evrildi.<\/p>\n
