Bir dakika boyunca a\u011flayan \u00f6\u011frencilerim oldu\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ANLIK B\u0130R RAHATLAMA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yoga hakk\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli kitaplar\u0131 da olan Fishman kaslardaki esnemenin beyinde rahatlama fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irdi\u011fini anlat\u0131yor. Fishman, \u201cAnl\u0131k bir rahatlama bile \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir duygunun d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olabilir\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kendisi de baz\u0131 seanslar sonras\u0131 kahkahalar ile g\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc anlat\u0131yor. Aragon ise fiziksel aktivite s\u0131ras\u0131nda a\u011flayan insanlar\u0131n bast\u0131rmak istedikleri duygulardan dolay\u0131 de\u011fil, anda olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in rahatlamaktan a\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Aragon kendisinden bir \u00f6rnek vererek, \u201cBir maratonu ko\u015ftuktan sonra bitti\u011fi i\u00e7in rahatlam\u0131\u015f ve a\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p>Profesyonel erkek sporcular\u0131n a\u011flama motivasyonlar\u0131 1950\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131ndan beri ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Toplumsal kodlar sebebiyle erkeklerin a\u011flamas\u0131 normal ko\u015fullarda \u2018uygunsuz\u2019 bir davran\u0131\u015f olarak kabul edilirken, 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma spor m\u00fcsabakalar\u0131nda erkeklerin a\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131n toplumda kabul g\u00f6rebildi\u011fini aktar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda 150 profesyonel futbolcuya, a\u011flayan oyuncular\u0131n g\u00f6rselleri g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f ve ne hissettikleri sorulmu\u015f. \u00c7o\u011funluk kaybetti\u011finde a\u011flamay\u0131 ho\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcrken kazanan tak\u0131m\u0131n a\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131 yad\u0131rgam\u0131\u015f.
