Hastal\u0131k zemininde geli\u015fen inflamasyon ve sitokin f\u0131rt\u0131nas\u0131, pek \u00e7ok toksik olabilecek molek\u00fcl\u00fc tabiri caizse ba\u015f\u0131 bo\u015f b\u0131rak\u0131yor. Hastal\u0131k ilerledik\u00e7e v\u00fccut, savunma mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden olu\u015fturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor fakat normale d\u00f6nm\u00fcyor&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2>&nbsp;&#8220;A\u011eIR HASTALARDA PROTE\u0130N D\u00dcZEYLER\u0130 TAMAMEN NORMALE D\u00d6NM\u00dcYOR&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Koruyucu protein disfonksiyonunun daha \u00f6nceden de bilinen bir \u015fey oldu\u011funu ve kronik hastal\u0131klarda, \u00f6zellikle iki b\u00fcy\u00fck hastal\u0131k grubunda (kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ile kanser olu\u015fumunda) olu\u015fumunda kilit rolde oldu\u011funu da vurgulayan Prof. Dr. A\u011f\u0131rba\u015fl\u0131, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Koruyucu protein disfonksiyonunun bu hastal\u0131klar\u0131n olu\u015fumunda etkili oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Ama Covid-19&#8217;da \u015fimdiye kadar bu etkiyi g\u00f6zlemlememi\u015ftik. \u0130leride bu hastalarda tekrar ayn\u0131 riske maruz kalabilecekleri bir sekel kal\u0131yor mu; d\u00fcnyada milyonlarca insan\u0131 etkilemi\u015f bir hastal\u0131ktan bahsediyoruz, bu insanlar Covid&#8217;den iyile\u015fseler bile ileride kronik hastal\u0131klara yakalanma riski, \u00f6zellikle iki b\u00fcy\u00fck hastal\u0131k grubu olan kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve kansere yakalanma riski, di\u011fer pop\u00fclasyonlara g\u00f6re daha m\u0131 y\u00fcksek olacak? Bunlar\u0131n hepsini ileriki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ortaya koyacak. Koruyucu protein disfonksiyonunu Covid-19&#8217;dan \u00f6nce de biliyorduk. \u0130nflamasyon oldu\u011fu zaman, bu durum h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde geli\u015febiliyor. Ama Covid-19&#8217;da enteresan bir \u015fekilde, acile ba\u015fvuru yapan b\u00fct\u00fcn hastalarda bu durumu g\u00f6zledik. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu, Covid-19&#8217;un bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi olabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7ok \u00e7abuk bir \u015fekilde v\u00fccudun sistemlerini de\u011fi\u015ftirebiliyor. Bunlar\u0131n da Covid-19&#8217;da a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 gitti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan. Biz, kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda ise LRP1 diye bir molek\u00fcle bakt\u0131k. Bunun ateroskleroz (damar sertli\u011fi), inflamasyon ve pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131kta koruyucu oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Covid ge\u00e7iren hastalarda bu molek\u00fcl\u00fcn hemen hemen yok denecek kadar azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fck. D\u00fcnyada bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda, neredeyse yar\u0131m milyar insan bu hastal\u0131\u011fa yakaland\u0131 ve iyile\u015fti. Bu kadar \u00e7ok insan\u0131 etkileyen bir hastal\u0131k e\u011fer (kalp, kanser gibi) kronik hastal\u0131k risklerini art\u0131r\u0131rsa bu ileride, sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemlerinin de ba\u015f edemeyece\u011fi d\u00fczeyde bir y\u00fck getirecektir. Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n nas\u0131l olu\u015ftu\u011funu anlars\u0131n\u0131z, tedavi de geli\u015ftirebilirsiniz. \u00d6rne\u011fin iyi kolesterol olarak bildi\u011fimiz molek\u00fcl\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde olan en \u00f6nemli protein Apo A&#8217;n\u0131n, sentetik formlar\u0131 var. Bunlar zaten Covid pandemisinden \u00f6nce sepsis dahil pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131kta kullan\u0131l\u0131yordu. Bizim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z protein olan LRP&#8217;nin ise miyokard infarkt\u00fcs (kalp krizi) ve di\u011fer hastal\u0131klarda koruyucu rol\u00fcn\u00fcn oldu\u011fu daha evvelden bilindi\u011fi i\u00e7in de bunlar\u0131n sentetik analoglar\u0131 \u00fcretilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131p, insanlarda Faz-2 deneylerine ge\u00e7ilmi\u015fti.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>&nbsp;&#8220;HASTALI\u011eIN B\u0130L\u0130NMEZ\u0130 BU KADAR \u00c7OKKEN KORUNMAK ZORUNDASINIZ&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Covid-19&#8217;un etkilemedi\u011fi neredeyse hi\u00e7bir sistem olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Prof. Dr. A\u011f\u0131rba\u015fl\u0131, hastal\u0131k bunca risk yarat\u0131yorken a\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok nadir g\u00f6r\u00fclen yan etkilerinin polemik konusu edilmesine de de\u011finerek s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle noktalad\u0131: &#8220;\u00d6zellikle kardiyovask\u00fcler sistem, solunum sistemi ve hemen t\u00fcm sistemleri etkiliyor. Bu hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n uzun etkileri hakk\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey bilmiyoruz. Hastal\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 elimizdeki en iyi koz \u015fu anda \u00f6nlemek ya da hastal\u0131\u011fa hi\u00e7 yakalanmamak. A\u015f\u0131lar\u0131n ise \u015fu anki etkinlikleri son derece g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmakla birlikte yan etkileri \u00e7ok \u00e7ok nadir. Asl\u0131na bakars\u0131n\u0131z t\u0131pta kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z b\u00fct\u00fcn tedavilere bak\u0131n, hepsinin yan etki riski oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcrs\u00fcn\u00fcz. Ama biz, fayda ve zarar\u0131 g\u00f6zetmek zorunday\u0131z. E\u011fer korunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z hastal\u0131k \u00e7ok tehlikeli bir hastal\u0131ksa, baz\u0131 yan etkileri kabul eder, o hastal\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nlem al\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. A\u015f\u0131lar da bu gruba giriyor, kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z b\u00fct\u00fcn tedaviler de bu gruba giriyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>A\u011eIR GE\u00c7\u0130RENLERDE BU MOLEK\u00dcLLE \u0130LG\u0130L\u0130 GENET\u0130K YATKINLIK OLAB\u0130L\u0130R<\/h2>\n<p>180 Covid-19 hastas\u0131n\u0131n incelendi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, LRP1 protein d\u00fczeylerinin erken d\u00f6nemde \u00fc\u00e7te bire d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, ilerleyen d\u00f6nemde savunma mekanizmalar\u0131yla toparlamaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ama normale d\u00f6nemedi\u011fini g\u00f6sterildi. LRP1 ise kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, diyabet, kanser gibi di\u011fer kronik hastal\u0131klarla \u00e7ok ili\u015fkili bir protein. Koronavir\u00fcs\u00fcn, bu hastal\u0131klardan v\u00fccudu koruyan sistemin en \u00f6nemli enzimlerinden olan ACE2&#8217;yi etkisiz hale getirdi\u011fi, di\u011fer koruyucu protein seviyelerinin azalmas\u0131n\u0131n da bu olayla ili\u015fkili oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
