Ayla D\u00fczg\u00f6ren, GTO TAM\u2019\u0131n kurulmas\u0131ndaki ama\u00e7lardan birinin de hakemler ve arabulucular i\u00e7in meslek i\u00e7i e\u011fitim, seminer ve tan\u0131t\u0131m programlar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemek oldu\u011funu belirtti. D\u00fczenlenen bu tarz etkinliklerle arabuluculuk ve tahkim sisteminin genele yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden D\u00fczg\u00f6ren, \u201cBu sistemle birlikte \u00fcyelerimizi hem zaman kayb\u0131ndan kurtar\u0131yor, hem maliyetlerini azalt\u0131yor, hem de s\u00fcrecin gizlili\u011fini sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. GTO Tahkim ve Arabuluculuk Merkezi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00fcyelerimizin ticari hayatta kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 hukuki problemlere; h\u0131zl\u0131, ekonomik ve \u00f6zellikle ticari s\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcven alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla gizlilik unsuruna dikkat edilerek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretiliyor. Bu sistemin en verimli \u015fekilde uygulanmas\u0131nda da i\u015f uzman hakemlerimize ve arabulucular\u0131m\u0131za d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor.
