TKGM’nin Twitter hesab\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “Kurum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 3 Kas\u0131m’da Kanal D’de yay\u0131mlanan ‘Sadakatsiz’ dizisinde ge\u00e7en bir sahnede yarat\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan alg\u0131 ile zan alt\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Kurumumuz ve personelimize y\u00f6nelik, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile ele\u015ftiri hakk\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan ger\u00e7eklikle ba\u011fda\u015fmayan bu yay\u0131n\u0131 asla kabul etmiyor ve \u015fiddetle k\u0131n\u0131yoruz.” ifadesine yer verildi.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada, Radyo ve Televizyonlar\u0131n Kurulu\u015f ve Yay\u0131n Hizmetleri Hakk\u0131nda Kanun kapsam\u0131nda “yay\u0131n hizmetlerine ayk\u0131r\u0131 olan s\u00f6z konusu yay\u0131n hakk\u0131nda gerekli yasal i\u015flemlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ile ilgili olarak RT\u00dcK’e ba\u015fvuruldu\u011fu, Kanal D’ye de tekzip g\u00f6nderildi\u011fi” belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Bay\u0131nd\u0131r Memur-Sen’den yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada da sendikan\u0131n konu ile ilgili Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulundu\u011fu bildirildi.<\/p>\n

“S\u00f6z konusu dizide s\u00f6zde tapu memurunun r\u00fc\u015fvet ile hizmet verme sahnesinin g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi” belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “Tapu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve sayg\u0131de\u011fer kurum alenen r\u00fc\u015fvet\u00e7i damgas\u0131yla kamuoyu \u00f6n\u00fcnde a\u015fa\u011f\u0131land\u0131. Mesai mefhumu g\u00f6zetmeden \u00f6zveriyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan b\u00fct\u00fcn TKGM \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 \u00e7irkin bir ithamla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.” ifadesi kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
