Tutuklanan \u00c7ilem Do\u011fan, a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcebbet hapis cezas\u0131 istemiyle yarg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 Adana<\/a> 10’uncu A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi’nde ‘tahrik ve iyi hal indirimi’ ile 15 y\u0131l hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00c7ilem Do\u011fan’\u0131n avukat\u0131, m\u00fcvekkilinin uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclecek adli kontrol tedbirleriyle tahliye edilmesi i\u00e7in talepte bulundu. Mahkeme heyeti ise \u00c7ilem Do\u011fan’\u0131 20 Haziran 2016’da 50 bin TL kefaletle tahliye etti. Dava ise Yarg\u0131tay’a g\u00f6nderildi. 5 y\u0131l\u0131n ard\u0131ndan bug\u00fcn Do\u011fan\u2019\u0131n 15 y\u0131l hapis cezas\u0131 Yarg\u0131tay taraf\u0131ndan onand\u0131. Kararla birlikte Do\u011fan, yeniden cezaevine girecek.<\/p>\n

‘8 YA\u015eINDAK\u0130 KIZ \u00c7OCU\u011eUNU MAHKUM ETT\u0130LER’<\/h2>\n

Hapis cezas\u0131n\u0131n onanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan DHA\u2019ya konu\u015fan \u00c7ilem Do\u011fan, b\u00f6yle bir karar beklemedi\u011fini ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc duydu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Y\u0131llarca \u015fiddet g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve k\u0131z\u0131yla hayatta kalma m\u00fccadelesi verdi\u011fini dile getiren Do\u011fan, \u201cBu kararla asl\u0131nda beni de\u011fil 8 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011funu hapsettiler. 8 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011fu hem annesiz hem babas\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fcyecek. Beni asl\u0131nda mahkum etmediler. 8 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki bir k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011funu sahipsiz b\u0131rakt\u0131lar. \u00c7ok \u00fczg\u00fcn\u00fcm. Adalete olan inanc\u0131m\u0131 kaybettim. M\u00fccadelemiz devam edece\u011fiz. Bir \u015fekilde kazanaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Do\u011fan\u2019\u0131n avukat\u0131 \u0130sa Ayano\u011flu ise al\u0131nan karar\u0131 Ceza Genel Kurulu\u2019na ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131p karar d\u00fczeltme talep edeceklerini ve bu durumun adil olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, karar\u0131n erkek \u015fiddetini cesaretlendirece\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n
