Kentte otel i\u015fleten Levent Kat\u0131ro\u011flu, otomobiliyle seyir halindeyken, husumetli oldu\u011fu Orhan Aksu ile Orhan Eren’i trafikte arac\u0131n i\u00e7inde g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Yan\u0131nda bulunan av t\u00fcfe\u011fini alan Kat\u0131ro\u011flu, Orhan Eren’in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 araca yakla\u015ft\u0131, av t\u00fcfe\u011fiyle 3 el ate\u015f etti. Sa\u00e7malar\u0131n isabet etti\u011fi Eren direksiyon ba\u015f\u0131nda, Aksu ise ka\u00e7mak isterken \u00f6ld\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Bu s\u0131rada uygulama g\u00f6revi yapan trafik ekipleri, silah sesini duyup olay yerine gelerek Levent Kat\u0131ro\u011flu\u2019nu g\u00f6zalt\u0131na ald\u0131. Emniyetteki i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan adliyeye sevk edilirken gazetecilerin, \u201cNeden \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fcn\u00fcz?\u201d sorusuna “\u00d6l\u00fcm korkusu ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m i\u00e7in\u201d diyen Kat\u0131ro\u011flu, \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mahkemece tutukland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Levent Kat\u0131ro\u011flu hakk\u0131nda Bursa 12\u2019nci A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde 2 ki\u015fiyi \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek su\u00e7undan 2 kez 2 kez \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu hapis cezas\u0131 istemiyle dava a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Kat\u0131ro\u011flu, \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 duru\u015fmalarda, Orhan Eren ve Orhan Aksu ile uzun s\u00fcredir husumetli olduklar\u0131n\u0131 olay g\u00fcn\u00fc kendilerini, \u00f6l\u00fcm korkusu ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Levent Kat\u0131ro\u011flu, karar duru\u015fmas\u0131nda hakim kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Salonda taraf avukatlar\u0131 ile \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen Orhan Aksu ve Orhan Eren\u2019in yak\u0131nlar\u0131 haz\u0131r bulundu. Levent Kat\u0131ro\u011flu ise tutuklu bulundu\u011fu cezaevinden, Ses ve G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcl\u00fc Bili\u015fim Sistemi (SEGB\u0130S) ile ifade verdi.<\/p>\n

Mahkeme heyeti, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 savunmas\u0131nda \u00f6nceki ifadelerini tekrarlayan Levent Kat\u0131ro\u011flu’na, Orhan Aksu’yu \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek su\u00e7undan \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu, Orhan Eren’i \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek su\u00e7undan da haks\u0131z tahrik indirimiyle 18 sene hapis cezas\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n
