CHP<\/a>‘nin Meclis Genel Kurulu’nda oylanacak Suriye-Irak tezkeresine y\u00f6nelik tavr\u0131 netle\u015fti. CHP Grup Ba\u015fkanvekili \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel, “Suriye-Irak tezkeresine “Hay\u0131r” oyu verece\u011fiz” a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu. <\/p>\n

TEZKERE MECL\u0130S BA\u015eKANLI\u011eI’NDA<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Irak ve Suriye’ye s\u0131n\u0131r \u00f6tesi operasyon konusunda Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131na verilen yetkinin iki y\u0131l daha uzat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6ren Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tezkeresi, TBMM Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’na sunuldu.<\/p>\n

Tezkerede, T\u00fcrkiye’nin g\u00fcney kara s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na m\u00fccavir b\u00f6lgelerde ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeler ve s\u00fcregiden \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131n milli g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 risk ve tehditlerin artarak devam etti\u011finin alt\u0131 \u00e7izildi.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye’nin, kom\u015fusu Irak’\u0131n toprak b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn, milli birli\u011finin ve istikrar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem atfetti\u011fi belirtilen tezkerede, “Di\u011fer taraftan Irak’ta PKK ve DEA\u015e unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesi, etnik temelli ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011fa y\u00f6nelik giri\u015fimler, b\u00f6lgesel bar\u0131\u015fa, istikrara ve \u00fclkemizin g\u00fcvenli\u011fine do\u011frudan tehdit olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Suriye’de, s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131m\u0131za m\u00fccavir alanlarda PKK\/PYD-YPG ve DEA\u015e ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere mevcudiyetini s\u00fcrd\u00fcren ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fctleri, \u00fclkemize, ulusal g\u00fcvenli\u011fimize ve sivillere y\u00f6nelik eylemlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir” denildi.<\/p>\n

Ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc PKK\/PYD-YPG’nin, Suriye’de b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fc faaliyetlerine devam etti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekilen tezkerede, T\u00fcrkiye’nin harekat alanlar\u0131nda tesis edilen s\u00fckunet ve istikrar\u0131 korumak amac\u0131yla me\u015fru ulusal g\u00fcvenlik \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u0130dlib’de, Astana s\u00fcreci kapsam\u0131nda istikrar ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fin tesisine ili\u015fkin faaliyetleri hedef alan risk ve tehditlerin devam etti\u011fi vurgulanan tezkerede, “B\u00fct\u00fcn bu geli\u015fmeler kapsam\u0131nda, ter\u00f6rle Irak ve Suriye’nin toprak b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bozmaya ve sahada gayrime\u015fru oldubittiler olu\u015fturmaya y\u00f6nelik, milli g\u00fcvenli\u011fimize tehlike olu\u015fturabilecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc risk, tehdit ve eyleme kar\u015f\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 hukuktan do\u011fan haklar\u0131m\u0131z do\u011frultusunda gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 milli g\u00fcvenli\u011fimiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hayati \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.” ifadesine yer verildi.<\/p>\n
