AB Geni\u015fleme Politikas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda aday \u00fclkeler T\u00fcrkiye, Karada\u011f, S\u0131rbistan, Arnavutluk, Kuzey Makedonya, Bosna Hersek ve Kosova hakk\u0131nda AB Komisyonu\u2019nun geli\u015fmelerden derledi\u011fi raporlar ve \u00f6neri paketi yay\u0131nland\u0131. Pakete ili\u015fkin olarak bir bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen AB Geni\u015fleme Komiseri AB Komisyonu\u2019nun ge\u00e7en y\u0131ldan farkl\u0131 bir \u00e7er\u00e7evede sonu\u00e7 ortaya koymad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi. Valheyli “Bu y\u0131lki raporlar, Komisyon taraf\u0131ndan ge\u00e7en y\u0131l kabul edilen revize edilmi\u015f geni\u015fleme metodolojisi ve d\u00f6rt ana ilkesiyle tamamen benzer” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

“T\u00dcRK\u0130YE K\u0130L\u0130T ORTAK”<\/h2>\n

Bat\u0131 Balkan \u00fclkeleri ve T\u00fcrkiye ile adayl\u0131k m\u00fczakereleri konusunda somut bir ilerleme sa\u011flayamayan AB Komisyonu Komiseri Varhelyi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin AB i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u00fclke olmaya devam etti\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n

Varhelyi \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:<\/p>\n

“T\u00fcrkiye, g\u00f6\u00e7, ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadele, ekonomi, ticaret, enerji ve ula\u015f\u0131m gibi temel ortak \u00e7\u0131kar alanlar\u0131nda kilit bir ortak olmaya devam etmektedir. Bu kapsamda iklim ve g\u00f6\u00e7 \u00fczerine \u00fcst d\u00fczey diyaloglar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi ve bunu yak\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerine bir diyalog izledi. Bununla birlikte, 2021’de T\u00fcrkiye ile diyalog ve i\u015fbirli\u011fi artt\u0131.”<\/p>\n

Varhelyi, AB T\u00fcrkiye ili\u015fkilerinde olumlu geli\u015fmeler ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n

AB Komisyonu Geni\u015fleme raporlar\u0131 her y\u0131l rutin olarak yay\u0131nlan\u0131yor. Ancak son y\u0131llarda AB \u00fcye \u00fclkeleri aras\u0131ndaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar ve \u00f6zellikle s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131 krizi nedeniyle AB\u2019nin geni\u015fleme politikas\u0131 adeta durma noktas\u0131na geldi. Bu durumu aday \u00fclkelerin bir kabahati olarak yans\u0131tmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan AB\u2019nin s\u00f6z konusu \u00fclkelere y\u00f6nelik somut politikalar geli\u015ftirememesi nedeniyle sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi\u011fi ele\u015ftirileri yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
