\u00d6demi\u015f’te ya\u015fayan Mustafa D. (36), sabah saatlerinde, k\u0131rsal Kaymak\u00e7\u0131 Mahallesi’ndeki lokantada, aralar\u0131nda husumet olan ve kendisi gibi g\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan U\u011fur Uysal’\u0131n (28)yemek yedi\u011fini fark etti.<\/p>\n

Lokantan\u0131n yan taraf\u0131ndaki kap\u0131dan i\u00e7eri giren Mustafa D., elindeki pompal\u0131 t\u00fcfe\u011fi Uysal’a do\u011frultup, ate\u015fledi. Uysal, kanlar i\u00e7inde oturdu\u011fu yerden d\u00fc\u015ferken, restorandaki panik anlar\u0131nda Mustafa D. ise ka\u00e7t\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u0130hbarla olay yerine gelen sa\u011fl\u0131k ekiplerinin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontrolde Uysal’\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi\u011fi belirlendi. Jandarma ve savc\u0131n\u0131n incelemesinin ard\u0131ndan Uysal’\u0131n cesedi, otopsi i\u00e7in \u0130zmir Adli T\u0131p Kurumu morguna g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Mustafa D. ise bir s\u00fcre sonra jandarmaya gidip, teslim oldu.<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan U\u011fur Uysal’\u0131n, 10 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce Mustafa D.’yi d\u00f6vd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Jandarma, olayla ilgili soru\u015fturma ba\u015flatt\u0131.<\/p>\n
