Zaten hatal\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcme yap\u0131lan itiraz \u00fczerine Hastanede yap\u0131lan kan tahlilinde m\u00fcvekkilimin hususi otomobil s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in belirlenen yasal s\u0131n\u0131r d\u00fczeyinde alkoll\u00fc olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya konulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle trafik kontrol\u00fc ekiplerince yap\u0131lan tespit taraf\u0131m\u0131zca dava konusu yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yarg\u0131lama sonucunda hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ortaya konulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. \u015eu a\u015famada yarg\u0131laman\u0131n sonucunun beklenmesi en sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 durum oldu\u011fundan m\u00fcvekkil hakk\u0131nda yap\u0131lan haberlere itibar edilmemelidir.
