Olay, 10 Haziran 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kartepe il\u00e7esi D-100 Karayolu alt ge\u00e7itte meydana geldi. Bir s\u00fcre ilerleyen \u00d6zdemir, kimli\u011fi belirlenemeyen \u015f\u00fcpheliler taraf\u0131ndan defalarca b\u0131\u00e7aklan\u0131p, bo\u011faz\u0131 kesilerek \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Zanl\u0131lar, kamyonetteki i\u00e7i para, \u00e7ek ve senet dolu \u00e7antay\u0131 da alarak kay\u0131plara kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Faili me\u00e7hul dosyaya d\u00fc\u015fen olay, Kocaeli \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc’ne devredildi. Geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatan Asayi\u015f \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Cinayet B\u00fcrosu ekipleri, tavuk firmas\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ifadelerine ba\u015fvurdu. Soru\u015fturmay\u0131 daha da derinle\u015ftiren ekipler, tavuk firmas\u0131n\u0131n muhasebecisi M.\u015e. (43) ve ona yard\u0131m etti\u011fi ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen H.F.’nin olaya kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etti. M.\u015e.’nin 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda meydana gelen olaydan yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 ay sonra i\u015finden ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi. 2 \u015f\u00fcpheli de yakalanarak g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131rken, koronavir\u00fcs hastas\u0131 oldu\u011fu tespit edilen M.\u015e. \u0130l Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekiplerinin g\u00f6zetiminde koruyucu tulum giydirilerek polis merkezine getirildi. Polis merkezindeki i\u015flemleri tamamlanan \u015f\u00fcpheliler adliyeye sevk edildi.<\/p>\n

\u015e\u00fcpheli H.F., kendisini g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleyen bas\u0131n mensuplar\u0131na, “Ben yapmad\u0131m, su\u00e7suzum. Hi\u00e7 bo\u015funa beni \u00e7ekmeyin, su\u00e7lu orada. Su\u00e7lu ben de\u011fil, M.\u015e.’dir” dedi.<\/p>\n
