Olay yerinde ilk m\u00fcdahalesi yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra Osmanc\u0131k Devlet Hastanesine kald\u0131r\u0131lan Ba\u015fak\u2019\u0131n, hayati tehlikesinin bulunmas\u0131 \u00fczerine \u00c7orum\u2019a sevk edildi. \u015eah\u0131s, tedavi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Hitit \u00dcniversitesi Erol Ol\u00e7ok E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesi\u2019nde hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6rg\u00fc tan\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ifadeleri \u00fczerine ba\u015fvuran ve tav\u0131rlar\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcphelenen polis ekipleri, Cumhuriyet savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan al\u0131nan karar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan restoranda inceleme yapt\u0131. \u0130\u015fyerindeki g\u00fcvenlik g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerini inceleyen polis ekipleri kamera g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerinde Recep Ba\u015fak\u2019\u0131n ya\u015fanan arbede esnas\u0131nda merdivenlerden d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tespit edilirken, mekan sahibi E.T., i\u015fletmecisi M. A., mekan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 E.\u00c7. ve olay esnas\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015fteri olarak mekanda bulundu\u011fu iddia edilen \u0130.O\u2019yu g\u00f6z alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kamera kay\u0131tlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, mekan\u0131n balkon k\u0131sm\u0131nda bulunan ki\u015filer aras\u0131nda bilinmeyen nedenle tart\u0131\u015fma \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Tekme ve yumruklu arbede merdivenlerde devam ediyor. Bu s\u0131rada bir ki\u015fi merdivenin korkuluklar\u0131ndan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Y\u00fcksekten a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fen ki\u015fi k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yerden kalk\u0131yor. Orada bulunan di\u011fer ki\u015filerle birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fcyerek mekandan ayr\u0131l\u0131yor.
