Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen etkinliklerle fiziksel aktivitenin \u00f6nemine i\u015faret ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fam ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar ve fiziksel aktivitenin \u00f6neminin yeterince anla\u015f\u0131lamamas\u0131, giderek daha hareketsiz bir ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n benimsenmesine ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla obezite, kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, hipertansiyon, diyabet, osteoporoz gibi kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na neden oluyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>ERKEKLER G\u00dcNDE ORTALAMA 6,4, KADINLAR \u0130SE 6,2 SAAT OTURUYOR<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n son yap\u0131lan &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye Beslenme ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 (TBSA)&#8221; sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de 15 ve \u00fczeri her 10 ki\u015fiden 4&#8217;\u00fc yeterli d\u00fczeyde fiziksel aktivite yapm\u0131yor. 15 ya\u015f \u00fczeri erkekler g\u00fcnl\u00fck zaman\u0131n\u0131n ortalama 6,4 saatini, kad\u0131nlar ise 6,2 saatini oturarak ya da uzanarak ge\u00e7iriyor. Genel olarak bu ya\u015f gruplar\u0131n\u0131n oturarak ya da uzanarak ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi s\u00fcre ise g\u00fcnde ortalama 6,3 saat olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>19 ya\u015f \u00fczeri erkekler i\u00e7in bu s\u00fcrenin g\u00fcnl\u00fck 6,3 saat, kad\u0131nlarda ise 6 saat oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Fiziksel aktivite v\u00fccut direncinin artarak enfeksiyonlara kar\u015f\u0131 koruma geli\u015ftirilmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayan unsurlar aras\u0131nda s\u0131ralan\u0131yor. Fiziksel olarak aktif olmayanlarda enfeksiyon g\u00f6r\u00fclme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenli fiziksel aktivite yapanlara g\u00f6re daha fazla oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Fiziksel olarak aktif bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrmek, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemine sahip olmay\u0131 da sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
