Mitsubishi Electric \u015firketinin “k\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fikliklere” ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten Sakuyama, “G\u00f6zden ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lmalardan kendimi sorumlu hissettim.” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Heyetin yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 soru\u015fturma raporuna g\u00f6re, “hileli i\u015flemlerde bulunan” Mitsubishi Electric \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 “d\u00fcr\u00fcst prosed\u00fcrlerle” kalite kontrol ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmedi.<\/p>\n

Nagazaki tesislerinde \u00fcretilen havaland\u0131rma sistemleri ve kompres\u00f6rlerin kalite kontrol denetlemeleri, bilgisayar programlar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak otomatik olarak \u00fcretildi.<\/p>\n

Gifu tesislerinde ise elektromanyetik \u015falterlerde, halihaz\u0131rda g\u00fcvenlik sertifikasyon kurulu\u015funa kay\u0131tl\u0131 olanlardan farkl\u0131 par\u00e7alar kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

O d\u00f6nem Sugiyama, “g\u00f6revi k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullanmaya y\u00f6nelik hileli i\u015flemlerin” 1985 sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde s\u00fcregeldi\u011fini belirterek, durumun “organizasyonel” oldu\u011funu savunmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
