Ere\u011fli il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 tersaneler b\u00f6lgesinde tesis kurabilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Hazine\u2019ye intikal eden tesislerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n \u00fczerinde irtifak hakk\u0131 tesis edilmesine ve\/veya kullanma izni verilmesine ili\u015fkin yap\u0131lacak art\u0131rma ihalesinde olu\u015fan kat\u0131l\u0131m pay\u0131, 35 milyon 865 bin 875 lira olarak belirlenerek muhdesat bedeli pe\u015fin olarak tahsil edilecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lgili y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe g\u00f6re tahsis i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131, Zonguldak\u2019\u0131n Karadeniz Ere\u011fli il\u00e7esi G\u00fcl\u00fc\u00e7 beldesi \u00c7engelburnu mevkisindeki yerin tesliminden itibaren 1 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde gerekli ruhsat\u0131 alarak in\u015faata ba\u015flayacak.
