T\u00fcrkiye genelinde kira fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde y\u00fcze yak\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Change.org\u2019da \u2018Kiralara \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r getirilsin\u2019 kampanyas\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. K\u0131sa s\u00fcrede 75 bin ki\u015finin imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kampanyada, \u201cKiral\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131 son bir y\u0131lda \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir y\u00fckseli\u015fe girdi. Pandemi ko\u015fullar\u0131nda ya\u015famak git gide zorla\u015f\u0131rken, maa\u015flara yap\u0131lan zamlar enflasyon kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda h\u0131zla erdi. Yurtta\u015flar b\u00fcy\u00fck istihdam ve gelir kay\u0131plar\u0131 ya\u015farken ba\u015fta \u0130stanbul, \u0130zmir, Eski\u015fehir gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirler olmak \u00fczere son birka\u00e7 ayd\u0131r ortalama kiralar asgari \u00fccret s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na dayand\u0131. G\u00fcn be g\u00fcn artan kiralar\u0131n temel gerek\u00e7esi konut kiralama ve sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n tamamen \u201cserbest piyasan\u0131n insaf\u0131na\u201d b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bar\u0131nman\u0131n kamusal bir hak oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlat\u0131yoruz\u201d ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;2 YIL \u0130\u00c7\u0130NDE BU K\u0130RALAR D\u00dc\u015eECEK&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul Emlak\u00e7\u0131lar Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Nizamettin A\u015fa ise ba\u015flat\u0131lan kampanya, artan kira fiyatlar\u0131 ve kiral\u0131k ev bulunmamas\u0131yla ilgili \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSerbest piyasa ekonomisi varken, \u2018Kiralara \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r getirilsin\u2019 demek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Kalk\u0131p kimseye \u2018Sen mal\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu fiyata sen bu fiyata ver\u2019 diyemezsiniz. Neye g\u00f6re \u00fcst limit koyulacak? Ancak devlet taraf\u0131ndan daha farkl\u0131 \u00f6nemler al\u0131nabilir. Ev sahiplerinin 5 y\u0131l sonunda kira tespit davas\u0131 a\u00e7ma haklar\u0131 var. Ev sahibi 5 y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda g\u00fcn\u00fcn ko\u015fullar\u0131na uygun kira d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck diye dava a\u00e7\u0131p g\u00fcn ko\u015fullar\u0131na uygun zam isteyebiliyor. 10\u2019uncu y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda, size evden tahliye ettirme hakk\u0131na sahip. Herhangi bir sebep g\u00f6stermeden tahliye davas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Son zamanlarda ev sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan bu ikisi \u00e7ok fazla yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Mal sahipleri \u015fimdilerde bunun pe\u015fine d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f durumda. Devlet ge\u00e7ici bir kanun \u00e7\u0131kartarak bu s\u00fcreyi uzatabilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin; 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcreyi 10 y\u0131la, 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcreyi ise 15 y\u0131la \u00e7ekebilir. Ancak bilsinler ki, bu ge\u00e7ici bir d\u00f6nem. Bu b\u00f6yle gitmeyecek, benim iddiam 2 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde bu kiralar d\u00fc\u015fecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;\u00d6\u011eRENC\u0130LER \u0130\u00c7\u0130N B\u0130R SIKINDI OLDU\u011eUNU G\u00d6RM\u00dcYORUM&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ev bulma konusunda \u0130stanbul\u2019dan da s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 illerimiz var. \u00d6rne\u011fin; Mersin ve Diyarbak\u0131r \u0130stanbul\u2019dan daha s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131. \u0130nsanlar biraz mesafeyi g\u00f6ze ald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ev bulabilirler. \u0130stanbul\u2019da se\u00e7enek bitmez.
