Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n, belirli g\u0131dalara veya besinlere bakmak yerine, insanlar\u0131n nas\u0131l beslendiklerini yans\u0131tan daha geni\u015f diyet kal\u0131plar\u0131na odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Anket kapsam\u0131nda, her kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n diyetinin de\u011ferini yans\u0131tan bir \u2018diyet kalite puan\u0131\u2019 olu\u015fturuldu. Y\u00fcksek kalite puanlar\u0131na sahip diyetlerin meyve, sebze ve tam tah\u0131llar gibi bitki bazl\u0131 g\u0131dalar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ya\u011fl\u0131 bal\u0131klar, daha az i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131dalar ve rafine karbonhidratlar i\u00e7erdi\u011fi belirlendi.
