Fatih&#8217;teki piyasan\u0131n hep ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde oldu\u011funu ifade eden M.K., uygun fiyata kiraya ev verildi\u011finde baz\u0131 emlak\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n, ev sahiplerine &#8216;Ucuza vermedin mi&#8217; dedi\u011fini aktard\u0131. Ayn\u0131 evin muadillerinin 3 bin 500-4 bin TL oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen MK., &#8220;Y\u00fckseltmek zorunday\u0131m \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc piyasada fiyatlar b\u00f6yle. Hayat pahal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 var. Ben de ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m parayla ge\u00e7iniyorum. Emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131m ve kiradaki bu evim var. Bu fiyata kiraya vermek zorunday\u0131m. Herkes ayn\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131yor&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;KEND\u0130 K\u0130RASINA G\u00d6RE ZAM YAPIYOR&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka ev sahibi Mehmet Akyol ise, G\u00fcng\u00f6ren&#8217;deki evini kiraya vermi\u015f ba\u015fka bir il\u00e7ede oturuyor. \u015eu an oturdu\u011fu evin kiras\u0131n\u0131n 2 bin 500 TL oldu\u011funu belirten Akyol, sene ba\u015f\u0131nda kiras\u0131n\u0131n en az 3 bin TL olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi. \u015eu an oturdu\u011fu il\u00e7edeki evinin fiyat\u0131na g\u00f6re, G\u00fcng\u00f6ren&#8217;deki eve zam yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Akyol, &#8220;Oradan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 buraya \u00f6d\u00fcyorum. Mecburen kiraya zam yapmak zorunda kal\u0131yorum. Her y\u0131l kiralar art\u0131yor. Biz de buradaki evimizin kiras\u0131na g\u00f6re zam yapmak zorunda kal\u0131yoruz. 2+1 evimizin kiras\u0131na ge\u00e7en y\u0131l pandemi olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen 500 TL zam yap\u0131ld\u0131. G\u00fcng\u00f6ren&#8217;deki evi ayn\u0131 fiyata \u00e7\u0131karmak zorunda kald\u0131k&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Bulundu\u011fu il\u00e7enin merkezi oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in hi\u00e7 kiral\u0131k ev olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Akyol, \u00f6zellikle bulundu\u011fu il\u00e7ede evlerin hi\u00e7 bo\u015f kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Ev sahibinin kiray\u0131 2 bin 500 TL&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, kabul etmedi\u011fi takdirde &#8216;Kendine ev bak istersen&#8217; s\u00f6ylemiyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Akyol, &#8220;Evi olmayan\u0131n hali \u00e7ok zor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;\u00d6\u011eRENC\u0130LER K\u0130RALAYAMAZ PAHALI&#8221;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beyo\u011flu&#8217;nda kirada evi bulunan Hasan K., ise b\u00f6lgedeki ev sahiplerinin kiralar\u0131 belirlerken emlak\u00e7\u0131lara dan\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Hasan K., &#8220;Genelde \u00f6\u011frencilere ev vermiyoruz. Fiyat\u0131 duyunca zaten vazge\u00e7iyorlar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6deyecek durumlar\u0131 yok. Hem buralar biraz pahal\u0131. Mal sahiplerine asl\u0131nda &#8216;Sen kirac\u0131 olsan \u00f6deyebilir misin&#8217; denilmeli. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki sene ev sahipleri kirac\u0131lar\u0131 icraya verecek, bu icralar\u0131 konu\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. Sosyal patlamaya bile sebep olabilir.
