Siyasetten spora hayat\u0131n pek \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 alan\u0131nda kutupla\u015fm\u0131\u015f olan T\u00fcrkiye, \u015fu an \u0130stanbul\u2019daki metro sembollerini tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Tabi s\u00f6z konusu \u0130stanbul olunca sadece bu kentte oturanlar de\u011fil T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki herkesin konu hakk\u0131nda bir fikri oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul rayl\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n eski oldu\u011fu bir \u015fehir. Londra\u2019dan sonra d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ikinci metrosu 17 Ocak 1875\u2019te Karak\u00f6y-T\u00fcnel aras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. 20. Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u2019\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda \u0130stanbul genelinde bir metro a\u011f\u0131 projesi g\u00fcndemdeydi ama d\u00f6nemin ekonomik ko\u015fullar\u0131nda bu imkans\u0131zd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/istanbulchannel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/146-yil-sonra-gelen-tartisma-m-mi-u-mu.jpg\" alt><em>Karak\u00f6y-T\u00fcnel aras\u0131na yap\u0131lan fin\u00fck\u00fclerin orijinal plan\u0131. Gen\u00e7 cumhuriyet y\u0131llar\u0131nda ise \u0130stanbul\u2019a Ma\u00e7ka Park\u0131 ve Harbiye a\u00e7\u0131k hava gibi eserleri kazand\u0131ran \u015eehir Planlamac\u0131 Henri Prost, Taksim Meydan\u0131 ile Beyaz\u0131t Meydan\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir metro hatt\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Prost plan\u0131 1936 y\u0131l\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7mi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u0131llarda konu\u015fulan metro projeleri 80\u2019lerin serbest piyasa ekonomisine kadar rafa kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 1987 y\u0131l\u0131nda IRTC konsorsiyumunun ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada 16 kilometrelik &nbsp;Topkap\u0131 &#8211; \u015eehremini &#8211; Cerrahpa\u015fa &#8211; Yenikap\u0131 &#8211; Unkapan\u0131 &#8211; \u015ei\u015fhane &#8211; Taksim &#8211; Osmanbey &#8211; \u015ei\u015fli &#8211; Gayrettepe &#8211; Levent &#8211; 4.Levent hatlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planland\u0131. Foto\u011fraf: \u0130HA<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130LK HAT 1989: AKSARAY-KOCATEPE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti&#8217;nin ilk metro hatt\u0131 ise Aksaray-Kocatepe aras\u0131nda 1989 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131 ve M1 hatt\u0131 ismini ald\u0131. Bu hat 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda Atat\u00fcrk Havaliman\u0131\u2019na uzat\u0131ld\u0131. Taksim-Levent metrosu ise 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015ei\u015fhane ve Atat\u00fcrk Oto Sanayi\u2019ye, 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda da Hac\u0131osman\u2019a uzat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi b\u00fcnyesinde kurulan Metro \u0130stanbul, ilk \u00f6nce \u0130stanbul Ula\u015f\u0131m ismi ile 16 A\u011fustos 1988 tarihinde kuruldu.<\/p>\n<p>2021 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla \u0130stanbul\u2019da 260 kilometrelik metro hatt\u0131 bulunuyor. 2024 sonuna kadar Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ait 91 kilometrelik, \u0130BB\u2019ye ait 73 kilometrelik hatt\u0131n daha hizmete al\u0131nmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>2024 sonunda \u0130stanbul\u2019un rayl\u0131 sistem ula\u015f\u0131m kapasitesinin 424 kilometreyi bulmas\u0131 hesaplan\u0131yor. 2029 sonunda \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in 808 kilometrelik metro kapasitesi hedefi konmu\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul metrosu 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda pandeminin de etkisiyle yolcu say\u0131lar\u0131nda kuvvetli bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f sergiledi. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda 601 milyon 137 bin, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda 663 milyon 76 bin, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda 704 milyon 479 bin yolcu ta\u015f\u0131rken 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131nan yolcu say\u0131s\u0131 381 milyon 325 bine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca \u0130stanbul Metrosu son zamanlarda \u00f6denek eksikli\u011fi ile g\u00fcndeme geliyordu. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n pek \u00e7ok kentinde ise metronun sembol\u00fc \u2018U\u2019. Bu harf \u0130ngilizce\u2019de yeralt\u0131 (underground) ismini temsil etti\u011fi i\u00e7in tercih ediliyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en eski metrosuna sahip olan Londra metrosunda da U harfi kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Latin dil ailesinden olan Almancan\u0131n konu\u015fuldu\u011fu Almanya\u2019da da yer alt\u0131 metrolar\u0131 U harfi ile g\u00f6steriliyor. Almanya\u2019da trenler U-Bahn (yeralt\u0131 treni) ve S-Bahn (Strasse bahn-sokak treni yani tramvay) olarak tabelalara i\u015fleniyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/istanbulchannel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/146-yil-sonra-gelen-tartisma-m-mi-u-mu-2.jpg\" alt><em>Berlin&#8217;in g\u00f6zde bulu\u015fma noktalar\u0131ndan Alexanderplatz&#8217;taki metro istasyonunun giri\u015fi.
